About UniTib

About US - Information About UniTib.com

Welcome to UniTib, an educational platform for people interested in traditional medicine, herbal knowledge, nutrition, and natural health. It was co-founded by GM Latifzadeh. UniTib aims to present traditional knowledge responsibly while clearly distinguishing it from established scientific evidence.

At UniTib, we publish educational information about traditional medicine, nutrition, herbs, and healthy lifestyle practices. Our content explains traditional uses alongside available scientific evidence and important safety considerations. It does not provide individualized medical advice or replace diagnosis and treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

We believe everyone should have access to clear and responsibly presented health information. Our aim is to help readers understand traditional knowledge, available evidence, safety limitations, and when professional healthcare may be necessary.

Our Focus

UniTib explores natural medicine fields including Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Herbal Medicine, and Nutritional Therapy. Our purpose is to explain these traditions, examine the available evidence and safety considerations, and encourage readers to seek appropriately qualified healthcare for medical concerns.

Topics we cover include:

  • Herbal remedies and practical botanical education
  • General education about nutrients, balanced diets, and food safety
  • Educational information about nutrition and lifestyle factors associated with general wellbeing
  • Mental and emotional wellness through lifestyle practices
  • Community and environmental health awareness
  • Sustainable and mindful living

Our articles are prepared for educational purposes and aim to identify traditional uses, available evidence, limitations, and relevant safety considerations. Readers should verify health information and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when making personal medical decisions.

Our Philosophy

Health is more than the absence of illness. It is a balance between how we eat, how we think, how we live, and the world around us. At UniTib, health is closely tied to nature. Healthy eating, sufficient rest, regular activity, and a supportive environment can contribute to general wellbeing, but they do not guarantee the prevention, treatment, or recovery from illness.

We also accept that modern life brings challenges. Pollution, processed food, chronic stress, and reduced movement are common. Our approach encourages general wellbeing habits such as choosing nutritious foods, staying physically active, getting sufficient rest, and learning about both the traditional uses and potential risks of herbs.

Our Mission

UniTib exists to make educational information about traditional medicine, herbal knowledge, nutrition, and lifestyle easier to understand. We aim to present sources, evidence limitations, and safety considerations clearly and responsibly.

We are also committed to community health and environmental wellbeing. A healthy person needs a healthy environment. UniTib highlights how sustainable habits and natural living benefit individuals and communities alike.

What we aim to do

  • Explain the traditional uses of natural remedies alongside available evidence, limitations, and safety considerations
  • Encourage readers to discuss traditional remedies with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals, particularly when using medicines or managing a medical condition
  • Raise awareness about nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care
  • Promote eco-conscious living as part of personal wellness
  • Help individuals and communities build lasting, sustainable health habits
